# Deposits & Withdrawals

Deposits and withdrawals are made simple with StackerAI's easy to use deposit account. When an account is created, each user will receive a deposit address that funds in $ETH can be sent to.

Once the account is funded, it is the users responsibility to deposit those funds into the algorithm to initiate trading. Withdrawal from the account works in a similar fashion, users must first withdraw from the algorithm to the deposit account before sending funds off of the platform.

Upon successful completion of both deposit and withdrawal you will receive a confirmation. If an error message occurs, please check that the action you are trying to make is valid. Don't hesitate to contact support.

**Note:** All deposits and withdrawals associated with the trading algorithm are processed at 00:00 UTC
